SuppleVites Inc. ("we," "us," "NextGen Vitality") is the company collecting the information described on this page. Our principal and mailing address is 20200 NW 2nd Ave, Unit 405, Miami Gardens, FL 33169, United States. This policy covers what happens when you read an article, sign up for our newsletter, write in through our contact address, or otherwise use nextgen-vitality.com.
What we collect, and why
Site usage data. Like most publishers, we log basic traffic information — which pages were viewed, the referring link, an approximate location derived from IP address, and coarse device or browser details. This helps us see which articles and product pages are actually getting read and keeps the site running reliably; it isn't used to build an identified profile of a specific visitor.
Advertising measurement data. Pages on this site load Microsoft Advertising's Universal Event Tracking (UET) tag. Its purpose is to tell us whether a visit that started from a Microsoft/Bing ad led to something meaningful on the site — reading an article, subscribing to our newsletter — so we know whether that spend is worthwhile. See the next section for how Microsoft is involved in that.
Newsletter data. If you subscribe, we collect the email address you submit through our newsletter form so we can send you notice of new content. That submission is handled through our own subscription endpoint.
Contact-form and email data. If you write to [email protected] or call the phone number listed on our Contact page, we keep the information you share long enough to respond and to keep a record of corrections or complaints handled.
Type rendering. Page text is displayed using typefaces pulled directly from Google's font hosting servers. Loading a font file this way necessarily sends the requesting device's IP address to Google, separate from anything described below about advertising.
Sharing with third parties for advertising and marketing
The UET tag mentioned above is provided by Microsoft Advertising. It can share certain browsing signals — such as the fact that a visit occurred and which general page was reached — with Microsoft, for the purpose of measuring ad performance and, where enabled, showing you more relevant Microsoft ads elsewhere. That sharing is governed by Microsoft's own data practices, described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
By default, that tag runs in a consent-denied state: our cookie banner sets an "ad_storage: denied" flag until you actively accept it, which limits what the tag is allowed to store or send. Declining, or never responding to the banner, keeps that restricted mode in place.
We do not sell visitor information to data brokers, and we do not share newsletter or contact addresses with advertisers. Under California's expanded definition of "sharing" (below), the cross-context advertising signal sent through the Microsoft tag may still count as a disclosure you're entitled to control, and the opt-out routes for that are covered in the rights section.
How long we keep it
Advertising and analytics signals are retained on the timelines Microsoft and our analytics provider set for their own systems, not by us directly. Contact correspondence is kept as long as needed to resolve the matter and maintain a correction record. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Your privacy choices
You can ask us, at any time, to tell you what we hold about you directly (newsletter and contact records), correct it, or delete it — email [email protected] and we'll verify the request against the information on file before acting on it. Beyond that:
- Decline the cookie banner, or clear your browser's site data, to keep the advertising tag in its restricted, consent-denied mode.
- Use your browser's own cookie and tracking controls to block third-party requests generally.
- Opt out of Microsoft's interest-based advertising directly through the options described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
- Unsubscribe from our newsletter using the link included in every email we send.
California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you're a California resident, state law gives you specific rights over the personal information a business holds about you. In the twelve months before this policy's effective date, the categories we've collected are limited to: identifiers (an email address, if you subscribed or wrote in), internet or network activity (pages viewed, referring links, the advertising signal described above), and approximate geolocation derived from IP address. We do not collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, precise geolocation, or other categories the law classifies as sensitive personal information.
You have the right to know what we've collected about you, to request deletion of it, to request correction of inaccurate information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information — a legal category broad enough to include the cross-context advertising signal sent through the Microsoft tag described above. You can exercise that opt-out by declining the cookie banner or through your browser's cookie controls; where technically supported, we also honor a Global Privacy Control browser signal as an opt-out request. You also have the right to limit use of sensitive personal information, though as noted above we don't collect any.
We will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised any of these rights. To submit a request, email [email protected]; an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission we can verify. We aim to respond within 45 days, as CCPA/CPRA allows, with a possible one-time 45-day extension for more involved requests.
International visitors and cross-border transfer
SuppleVites Inc. is a United States company, and the services we use to run this site — hosting, analytics, and Microsoft Advertising — process data primarily in the United States, with some processing potentially occurring in other countries where those providers operate infrastructure. If you're reading this from outside the US, your information will be transferred to, and processed in, the United States, which may not offer the same statutory data protections as your home jurisdiction. By using the site, you understand and accept that transfer; we rely on our service providers' own contractual and technical safeguards for data handled outside your country of residence.
Children's privacy
This site is written for a general adult audience and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page as the site or its advertising and analytics tools change. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent revision; material changes will be posted here rather than sent individually.
